Resolved! Deposit taken but order was rejected

I tried purchasing the galaxy book4 pro 360 but was rejected the pay monthly option but the deposit of £30 was taken from my bank despite my order being rejected and cancelled.

I wish to cancel my phone service. My telephone number is (REMOVED). I have already activated a new SIM card and no longer have access to the number.
