Hi,

 

I was planning to move to an O2 deal, so I ordered a SIM a week ago, and it has not been delivered yet. My order reference number is:. It was supposed to take 3 days at most.

This is in Pay Monthly, @Sidharth - did you order a PAYG SIM? You'd have had to go through credit check and get a contract to get a Pay Monthly SIM. 

Follow advice given above to contact O2 and find out what the situation is.
