Network is EE and my SIM card is O2

Good morningi received my new ‘like new’ iPhone XR and have an O2 SIM card. The network on the new phone says EE and says SIM failure. I cannot find a telephone number to call to sort out this problem thanksCaroline

Resolved! Dual sim help

When I got my s21 I didn't realise it was dual sim, so I binnee the one that came with the phone, now Tring to order a 2nd sim. Any advice on best way to do it
