Resolved! Charges abroad for unanswered spam calls

Hi,I have seen that there are recent charges on my account for calls to me while I am in Bolivia, but that are spam calls and that I did not answer. Can you advise?Both calls were charged at £2.00.Thank you.

Can't move number to new phone and can't call O2

I'm trying to move my phone number (esim) to my new iPhone but there seems to be no way to do this. I called O2 and they started talking me through it but the line went dead half way through the call and I lost all service. It came back after a while...
