Resolved! Cancel plan

Account number: ************. I have left the UK on 02 Oct and will not use the card ending at 2349. In fact, I consider that cancel the directdebit means that cancelling the plan at the same time. However, the plan needs to be stopped by hand.

My most recent bill

I am being charged 37.58 instead of the usual £29.00 I’m not really sure why everything is unlimited so I don’t know how or what I’ve gone over and the break down doesn’t make it clear it says minutes but how’s that possible with unlimited?
