Why do 02 have a silly voice saying "bundle call" whenever my phone is used? I find it difficult to believe that customers need or want it, though there are always an odd few I know. For the likely majority who don't want to hear it, why can't it be turned off? Other networks don't have it by default and don't seem in any rush to copy this 02 feature. I wonder if there's a manager somewhere in 02 who wakes up every day and recites some pointless mantra to annoy his or her partner every morning "Bundle wake", repeating it or something equally silly again when getting home "Bundle home". It started as an annoying niusance and I'd go so far as to say that I might leave 02 soon purely because it's getting ever more annoying.

Another thread here today. Is this something that has only just been introduced?

This is just what I thought...Never heard of it before today. Not very popular so it looks as if O2 may have to rethink this one

I do remember years ago that some pay and go only allowed calls to certain numbers etc. This whisper was added to inform customers that the call either was or was not included. It saved lots of customer using up all their credit by mistake. Would appear it's back. Try calling 4445 and asking to turn it off
