I can't get into my O2 app, keeps saying something is wrong. I need to pay my bill but can't speak to anyone unless I can get onto my app, the robot thing is less than useless. I now have no service, what on earth can I do. Stupid and annoying.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Use Skype to call the free numbers

A warm welcome to this O2 customer to customer community @VictoriaAskey.

It might be possible to get into MyO2 using your PC, laptop or tablet. Try using an incognito or InPrivate tab in your browser to get to either of :-

https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin

This is probably not going to solve your problem but you could also try deleting the app, rebooting your 'phone and then reinstalling the app. 👍

Setting up a Direct Debit would avoid this problem in the future

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
