I keep attempting to change my address, but the website just keeps me going around in circles. I have o2 letters going to a wrong address and you won't let me change it.

Hi @Philreilly71 

You should be able to change it via My O2 but if it's not allowing you to do this, then you will have to ask O2 to change it for you.
