how do i add another phone to my contract

Easiest way is in store if your local O2 shop is open.

If not, you can call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

or buy online https://www.o2.co.uk/shop but you need to log in as a new customer so you don't upgrade your current phone.
