Hello i would like to activite my  sim card .  somone stolen my phone and i got new sim card . could you help me please . i cant  order no [personal details removed]. my phone nr [personal details removed]

You need to call customer service to have the bars lifted on both your new SIM and your account.

Hi @marz27 

We can't access individual accounts online, you will need to call 0344 809 0202 and ask them to activate your new sim card.
