I don't understand this one bit,on my account it says upgrade now to get shiney phone but when u try you get rejected,can someone help with this ,when press upgrade it just says sim only plan what is the point of upgrading sim card

I was struggling to follow and figure out how many issues we were actually dealing with but thankfully CS have resolved it now.

Luckily, I don't think I posted on any of the other threads ...so though I recognised the name, my confusion (on this occasion) wasn't as bad as for some people .
