I don't understand this one bit,on my account it says upgrade now to get shiney phone but when u try you get rejected,can someone help with this ,when press upgrade it just says sim only plan what is the point of upgrading sim card

It seems O2 want to keep you but aren't giving you the option of a new phone. To be honest you are better calling 202 and see what they can offer you.

After me worrying and things were sorted about my sim card was worried but now I'm good ,o2 pay monthly is good I hate pay as you go prefer contract.

I spoke to somebody about it and they said can upgrade to new phone after 6months
