Tried to top up online but it keeps telling me Your card number does not match the card type selected.Rang customer support and he tells me he is unable to help me but I can top up by phone. Well thanks but I top up 3 mobiles from my account for the family.

There is a limit on how many top ups you can purchase on any one card. I think it's 3 top ups a month. So it could be bringing up a fraud warning giving you the error. Phone 4444, and run through the options and try topping up that way

I get this with my Visa debit card. I found that choosing Visa instead of Visa debit works
