My email in my o2 account is correct, i.e. trevlp**Personal info**

I get text notifications from you that you are sending emails to this address but, unfortunately,  you are putting a full stop on the end this address, consequently I am not receiving said emails!

You need to get in touch with o2 customer services, either by calling 202 from your phone (or 0344 809 0202), or by messaging on social media:
