I have recently transferred from virgin to O2.

Today I have received an email inviting me to view my first bill.

When I try to sign in to my account I am told that I have no product or services registered

It seems the account pages take time to catch up with the emails!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
