Wrong tariff

Anonymous
Not applicable

I decided to change from the talkalot tariff to the £10 Data Big Bundle.

Unfortunately I sent 10BIGDATABUNDLE to 21300 instead of 10DATABIGBUNDLE. But the stupid system has automatically put me on the £10 Big Bundle and deducted the £10 from my credit instead of rejecting an invalid Bundle name!

How do I switch to the £10 Data Big Bundle without losing my monkey or having to put more credit in?

The only way is to call customer service as said.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

Good afternoon @Anonymous and welcome to our community! Sorry to hear you got the incorrect bundle. 😞 Did you manage to talk to customer services to sort it out?
