Wrong payment

By mistake few hours ago I paid my device plan in full, I was trying to upgrade my airplan ,but didn't see any information summary that I have to pay my device plan in full before I can upgrade airplan, summary was that I have to pay 31£, and I confirmed, and then I saw that I paid over £600, which is tooooo much for me to pay right now, how could I go back to my pay monthly device plan

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

(or the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )
