I have 160 GB of data. Yet I received msg saying 80% been used while I had 111 GB data left then. I ignored it, then had msg saying 100% data used, when I had 99 GB left.
any advice!!!

If the extra data remaining is part of a bonus amount, the warning messages will relate to your standard data and notifications are sent when you are reaching the base data limit

Check for apps using data, or when you think you are on WiFi the phone using WiFi Assist, which will use Mobile Data if it detects WiFi problems...
If not then, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
