Hi, I got O2 as part of Volt ~2 weeks ago, and all was good until it seems that the virgin media advisor put the wrong address. Ive tried to change the address and get a new SIM delivered, but the O2 chat is constantly busy, and once I did get through they asked for a OTP on the undelivered SIM (I couldn't get the code) and it closed soon after. I'm quite new to the O2 community, but I hope it's similar to the Virgin Media equivalent where the forum staff can help me.

If Virgin Media have messed up, they will need to put through the order again, so you need to contact Virgin on 0345 454 1111
As you will have more problems when it comes to Volt Benefits...
