According to my details wifi calling is turned on, but it isnt

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

As the WiFi calling needs to be enabled on your phone as well as on your account @TonyinBrockweir - ask O2 to disable, then enable, WiFi or 4G calling on your account when you contact them - it has helped others get up and running with WiFi Calling. Good luck!
