Anyone know how I trade in my old device? It was part of my upgrade plan to send my old one back and get money off the amount for the new phone...but I've not been told how...

You might also want to visit a local shop like CEX, as o2 recycle have a dubious reputation for grading phones @Paula8 - at least if you do it in person you can make a decision and argue your case...
