Have you called customer service to enable it on your account Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

O2 care is Capita, O2 Retail is O2 they constantly pass you between each other, they don’t know who’s meant to be doing what.

Wi-fi Calling both should be able to do it.

Is your OS up to date ?

If it is call

0344 809 0202

When asked from o2 IVR say billing, you will then get threw to a COVID Bolt On extension of the automated IVR where you press 1 for fraud/lost/stolen as that’s the quickest way to get to a human.

You need to call again to get wifi calling enabled on your account.

It won't work until it is.
