Topic.
I check my useage regularly on the My O2 app, and my current call charges as of yesterday are around a fiver, and I have around 660 Mb of my 750 Mb data allowance left this month, so why is my bill, on a £27 a month tariff, almost double?!
I think much of the cost is becuase I very occassionally use 118118 directory serices, but that's only because I find it more convenient when out and about to text them than call the quid a minute 118402.
Please don't tell me not to use directory services, I learned not to, to my peril, in April when my bill was £65!

This is your own fault and we've explained this to you before, sadly you tend not to listen!

You just can't help some people. You know the answer so why ask again?

Hi Richard,
If your needs are as such that calling directory enquiries is a need then I'm afraid your going to be stuck with paying the extra charges.
As I use an iphone I am able to use certain apps which convert 0800 and 0845 numbers into "magic numbers" that then are taken from my inclusive minutes.
I suppose after a while of ringing 118118 etc and your logging those numbers into your mobile phone the need to actually use that service should lessen.
