Hello
I'm sure I was not involved O2 Travel services. I was not text Travelon to 21300.
I'm Off my Wi-Fi on the phone. I am not in England 2 months, but now from 14 July every day you charged £1.99 from my top-up mobile , now I don have money and and I can use my mobile.
I'm sure I was not involved O2 Travel services and I want from you to do back money .
I do not agree to be charged for something I did not want . Is it possible ?

You normally automatically have the O2 Travel bolt on on your account. To stop the daily charges you need to switch off mobile data and roaming in the phone settings. It's unlikely you will get the charges back unless they were wrongly charged. You need to speak to customer service to query the charges. Use the contact link at the foot of the page or the link in my signature.

Your data charges would have been much more expensive without O2 Travel.
As jonsie says you must turn off data in your phone to stop data costs.
