Why have i been automatically charged for a bundle that I never asked for?
I just got a new pay as you go plan (As i was on pay monthly before), and I never asked for any bundles. I only topped up to have credit on the phone and as I am abroad I do not need any bundle right now.
How do i get a refund? the chat is not working so i cant talk to anyone...
