Why hasn't my phone number been transferred to O2?

I gave O2 a PAC code from my old provider when I signed up for a pay monthly SIM from O2, but my phone number hasn't been transferred. I don't see an option anywhere in MyO2 to mane another transfer request.

@Ian52 You'll need to call customer service. 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.

Be aware that numbers don't port on the weekend.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
