Why can't I checkout my upgrade?

Wonder if anyone can help me... My current contract runs out tomorrow. I'm looking to switch from my current plan to a SIM Only deal but when I select to keep my number it redirects me back to my basket and round in a loop. How can I complete checkout?

Use the upgrade now option

Scroll to sim only deals

select sim

choose keep sim card

Hey im having the same problem aswell. I am due an upgrade tomorrow and tried to checkout for the upgrade and it keeps going in loops aswell won't let me check out and brings me back to the basket which is empty all of a sudden
