I ordered my phone on Saturday with next day delivery. Meaning the next working day witch should be Monday. Its now about to be Wedensday & still nothing. The option to track your iteam is a waste of time, myO2 tells you nothing.

Chase it up with customer service http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but probably out of stock.

That means nothing to O2.
There's no live stock checking system in place so it's all guesswork.

@GMck O2 don’t have a live stock system so if it says on the website that it’s in stock that may not be true

Thanks for the help. Sounds ridiculous that they can say in stock when things are not. The tracking is a joke. you dont track anything

Tracking works fine but only after he phone is dispatched.
Until you get the dispatch email, there is nothing to actually track.
