Where is my 4G

I just changed my iphone 5 to an iphone se. Inserted new sim. no 4G. Can't tell if my tariff gives me 4G or how to make sure it does...live chat is not available, ever. Any idea if i automatically should have 4G?

Is 4G enabled on your phone settings....and are you in a 4G area.....?

Call CS on 202 from your handset and ask them to put you on idata and enable 4g.

All tariffs are now 4G but as said, it's more than likely the data bolt on or 4G hasn't been enabled.

As you're switching from an iPhone 5, also check that you have a 4G sim. If you don't, it can be easily swapped.
