I upgraded last thursday using switch up & the order still says processing and I have not received a dispatch email, despite the expected delivery date being tomorrow(22nd). However, on the actual order it says they have already sent the item, but alas, still no email. What should I expect?

So checked my order details today, my 9 Pro Xl is still processing but they've cancelled my wifes 9 Pro order - "no order type available". 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ What on earth is going on at O2.

All these processing stuck orders will be cancelled. This is what i was told. So i cancelled and reordered my 9 pro fold, coming 2-3 days now.

So I assume they're not going to honour the double storage offer if we have to buy it again? If so, I'll just cancel my tariff and move to another network.

I can't just cancel now, as I paid £500 upfront, and it will take another 14 days for them to refund me before I can order again

I've rang in just now and been told that all orders made during the august period will take 3-4 weeks to process.. they said to call back on friday\saturday i'll give you an update then!
