I am really getting tired and frustrated now. I made an order on 25th
August, and on 16th September, An agent told me that it was stuck due to
an upgrade on their end and that I gotta cancel it. So he did, and I
made another order the same day - 16th...
If you order before August 25, I suggest you cancel or call them to
cancel, so you can reorder. I called them today and that was what I was
told, that those orders are stuck. I had to cancel and re-order again.
