Hi guys,
If you’re experiencing difficulties with your phone or service, please give the following 6 steps a try:
1. Use the area checker to see if there’s an issue in your area: http://bit.ly/9ODOEG
2. Turn off 3G
3. Check if anyone else is affected
4. Try your sim in another phone. If you need to replace it, chat to us here or in store.
5. Check if your software is up to date and update it if necessary
6. Ask the community for help by starting a new thread (make sure you're logged in)
If you’re still experiencing difficulties, you might need to replace your handset. Talk to us in store, via webchat or by tweeting us @O2 so we can advise if your handset is under warranty and about sending the phone for repair.
