Why is the online payment system still not working properly?  For the past 2 or 3 months I've tried different cards and computers but it just gets stuck - very annoying.

 

Then to top it off 02 have the cheek to email and text me saying my payment is overdue!!!!!!

As @MI5 has stated. O2 have customers who don't pay by direct debit and this costs o2 extra to collect these payments.

Yes the terms and conditions state it but unless they are enforced. ...
