i Have this next to my order on my o2 app.
This part of the order’s already been sent, so it can’t be cancelled - please arrange a return instead
but I have no tracking info and it still says processing so I assume it hasn’t been “sent”
they took payment, but I also guess they haven’t because it’s still pending in my account.

Seems to be some random nonsense already seen by other customers with no explanation.
