Why is it that o2 are so incompetant in updating your account when you have topped up by the web?
They send you a confirmation that your top up was a success on your phone but when checking my top up has not been added into my account.
I topped up by the web yesterday (3rd Nov 2017) and to my disgust it has not been added to my account.
Does o2 think we are stupid or something that we will not notice?
This has happened to me twice before and secondly why can't I email o2.
If anyone has got an email address to contact o2 i would be most grateful, I am not a huge fan of telephones as they invade my/your privacy
Many thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

Are you sure you haven't been changed to a big bundle tariff where credit is taken straight away for allowances?
Does it tell you what tariff and credit you have when you call 4444?
