WILL SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THE O2 CANCELLATION PHONE!

Anonymous

Ahem..

I've been on hold, waiting for someone to pick up the phone for almost 30 MINUTES. I'm starting to get a headache. I've had to use a landline and it's costing me 5p a minute.

I would hang up but now I've waited this long I might as well keep waiting so the money it's cost me so far isn't wasted... hmmmm.... I wonder if anyone at O2 will cough up what it's cost me sitting waiting for them to PICK UP THE PHONE?!!!

The reason I want to discuss options surrounding my cancellation is because I'VE HAD NO MOBILE SIGNAL for 3 months in an area I've moved to that on the O2 map shows as having signal.

This is a customer to customer forum. There isn't anyone here who can help with your query. You'd be better off going to an area where you do have a signal and call Customer Services on 202 from your mobile, which is free.

Sorry, my phone ain't rung wink
But seriously - this is a CUSTOMER forum slight_smile

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can only cancel without fee if your contract has run full term. If you want a PAC code then live chat can supply this.

If you download the MyNetwork O2 app you can report the mast.

I would suggest you cancel via recorded delivery too for peace of mind.

The address details are in the 'contact us' tab at the bottom of the forum page.

Welcome to the forum Gah.

I'm sorry you are having issues with your signal and waiting so long for an O2 advisor to answer the phone.  I'm glad that they have now answered your call and I hope that they sort out your issue ASAP, whether it be trying to fix your signal/network issues or cancelling your contract.
