Hi, I'm new to O2. Is it possible to set the number of phone rings before O2 voicemail answers a call ? If so, how would I do this, please? Thanks in advance for your help.

Simply dial **61*901*11*30# then simply press 'call'.
That will set it to 30 seconds.
You can choose the time in 5 sec increments up to a max of 30.
