Visual Voicemail since contract upgrade

Hi. I upgraded my O2 pay monthly contract yesterday and have since been unabel to access visual voicemail on my iPhone. Any ideas? I can't get through to customer support but suspect I might have been put on a data package that doesnt support Iphone. Thanks, Mark

Hi @FISH0211 

I think you're right, it sounds like your tariff needs to be changed to an iPhone data plan. The only way for this to be changed is through customer services. There is no way anyone can change it on the Community Forum as we cannot access accounts.
