I received a a note saying O2 is posting me a new SIM card. How is this expected to work ? do I pay for two mobile bills, till i switch to O2. When I active the SIM card will my old number port across. Any info you have much appreciated.

I'm not too sure a port can happen when you are overseas

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202
