Viewing previous months' statements

I want to view previous months' statements. The online assistant gave this advice: 
View previous itemized bills:

Sign into your account.
Click on your mobile number.
Click on Bills from the menu bar on the top.
Click on View and print older bills.
Click on Previous bills on the left hand side.
Click on What I’ve used.
Click on Voice calls/Messages etc to see the relevant usages

BUT I could not find the options given. Can anyone advise of post the URL to get to this?

If you are on the new system you will have to use MyO2 on the web

Scroll the View Latest Bill and Open.

You will see your latest bill but then can choose which other bills you wish to see and download

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Go to my o2 on the website, then click on Bills and Other Charges, then Airtime Bills and then Click on download and print latest bill

 

This will only work with legacy accounts.

Thank you, but my O2 App has a different opening screen, not showing the options your article.
