Viewing my bill

Hi,

Whenever I try to view my bill on the website, right after signing in, it says I don't any any products registered, and it can't be-. How is that possible? Also, my the device plan payment is meant to be over after a year. Does it end automatically?

@Anonymous Your account may need resetting so you'll need to call customer service

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Also your device plan doesn't automatically end after a year. It only ends once you have fully paid it off as it's technically a loan. Read my guide on Refresh & it will explain everything

Device plans run for 2 years and yes, they end automatically, but the airtime will continue to run on a 30 day rolling contract until cancelled or until you upgrade.
As for logging in you need to check you are using the correct details.
Give customer services a call on 202 to check your log in or to report the issue if your details are correct.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
