Video calls

Just a quick question I am now on the monthly tarriff of unlimited minutes do I get video calls within this tarriff or are they chargeable

But how to make it so Hangouts does not make a phone call (usually to an expensive US number!) but uses your data... there's the rub, @viridis.

Hangouts will only use phone dialler if set to be dialler by default, hangouts to hangouts calls, video calls and messaging all uses data.
