We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

thanks, looks like O2 are trying to stop you from talking to them directly. time to leave I think

@JimH O2's customer service is pretty poor, but I expect the rest are the same. If you want to leave, follow this guide: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community

Not "stop", per-se, @JimH - the replies to this Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
show how obstacular they can be to get VAT bills enabled on your MyO2 - then you hit a CS Agent by chance at 08;10am one dim morning, and tadaa!

Dont think thats an option anymore

@JimH VAT details have been removed from bills when people are placed on the new system
They are supposed to be available by contacting CS but you need someone who knows what they are doing

I have no visibility into how things look in the new 360 scenario, with the new back-end billing system, as my account is still on the original system... So that may be a fair assessment.
Tagging @Dave-O2 to see if he has a view of whether the option to have VAT Bills enabled on MyO2, both legacy and the new 360 way, still exists. Note VAT bills only apply to airtime on Refresh, as the Device Plan is operated as a Credit Agreement (£x over y months).

Thanks for that. Think its easier to change to a provider who is easier to communicate with!

In 360 it tells you to contact O2. No option to switch VAT on or OFF
