VAT and bolt ons

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

- Are the pay monthly contract rates on the Website incl. VAT?

With my current contract - 26.- GBP O2 600 24 month bonus + 6.- GBP all rounder bolt on I pay 20 % VAT extra each month (which I wasn't aware of by the way when signing the contract)

- Are data bolt-ons available also with new offers like O2 Refresh 750 MB at 37.- GBP?

Hi DMS.

All prices on the consumer section of the O2 web site are inclusive of VAT.

VAT is a mandatory part of pretty much everything you purchase.

At the time of you taking out your O2 600 you may have signed up when VAT was being charged at 17%.

When you signed your contract you also agreed to pay X months at Y price.

Hope this clears things up for you.

Yes some are VAT  you will see it on you o2 bill
