It is literally unbelievable the lack of communication that you get from o2 and how not one person will give you an honest answer. Due to completely inept staff my delivery is going back to the warehouse! You couldn’t make this up and being told numerous times it was being delivered

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
