I need help. It’s time for my upgrade and in the past there have been really great deals due to being a current customer. This time around they’re not so great. In face I can get better with other mobile providers as a new customer. Any advice? I don’t like change so was looking to stay at O2 but not at these prices!

Call 202 and choose the option "I'm thinking of leaving"
The recontracts team can offer you some discounts on airtime etc.

More and more people are finding better deals elsewhere. Unless Refresh or Open discounts are important to you there is no point in staying out of any thoughts of loyalty. Go for the best deal you can.
