I have changed my mobile number with o2 but the original number is still being used on my paperwork from them.  It should appear as my changed number surely?

How long is it since you actually changed your number. Your original number will obviously be shown on all old statements and original documents but the new number should automatically be displayed on any documents within a couple of days after the change. Is your new number showing in My O2?
