It can all be through myo2, and all available tariffs can be found by clicking on change tariff
If you are out of the minimum term, have a look at the sim only options, or device / airtime options.

If you are at or past your contract renewal date, as showing in your MyO2, then you are free to take a SIM only (if keeping your handset) or a full upgrade.
If it is some months or years to your upgrade date, then your MyO2 will show you which tariffs you can move up to if you have not already flexed up or down this month, @Luke19.
