Upgrading a sim with Apple Watch to a android

Hi, I currently have a sim only with a apple watch attached to it (I own the phone) I’m looking to upgrade to an android and using it just for work without the sim, if I upgrade does it affect my payments for the watch .

I’ve had people say I will just be charged the full device plan and others saying it’s fine ?

There may be a charge to pay if your Apple watch plan was taken out after your original SIM contract, @Robb02 - as nobody here has access to your account, contact the sales team - they can help with that.
