Just wanted to see if anyone else had issues when trying to upgrade?
I went into to Store to sort - no problems until an error message appeared on the screen directing me to contact Customer Service.
So I came home and spent 2.5 hours on the phone, for the Advisor to inform me there was a technical problem with my account and therefore I could not upgrade at the moment until the issue is resolved?
The problem is here is that I will now have a number of credit searches on my credit file, and O2 have happily taken the upfront payment 3 times for a phone that I have not even completed the order for!!!
Twitter Customer Service appear to be blissfully ignoring me.
Who else can you turn to in situations like this?
Is there any other contact number to speak to someone who actually knows what they are doing?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
