Hi, can anyone advice me of my next mission to get my phone working please.

the new phone has completely stopped. Has no signal at all. 
I’ve done all I can ie travelled from one end of my town to another to speak to o2 human staff member. Been on virtual support when the phone was connected with old sim (I am now locked out of that sim). Been given 2 new sims that aren’t working. Phoned customer service number of times (think things from then on went from little hope to no hope). Written to complaints department. Received the phone 8 days ago, been working on it day and night. Going stare crazy.

 

I am registered disabled and health can turn very poor. I need my phone. I do not have another phone.

 

please can anybody here give me some clues to what I can do next? But please be aware that my Brian is a little fragile right now………
